Swiss
Superior Machine has 7 Swiss machines, ranging in max bar capacity from 3/4″ to 1-1/4″. These machines are excellent for turning high precision parts for medical and aerospace purposes. We also turn barrels for the firearm industry and have high speed drilling attachments for smaller diameter holes.
CNC - Multi-Axis Lathes
Multi-Axis Lathes enable cutting on the 4th and 5th Axis. We Utilize Our Cam Works and Cad Software to manipulate different processes and tooling configurations which enables us to identify issues before we start the job. Also with the integrated bar feeders we are able for unattended machine runs.
CNC - Vertical Mills
Our capibilities with the Vertical Milling Centers is very extensive. Our on staff Engineer Runs the time study and machine time through our Cam Works Software to initiate our processes and add to our routing of the job.
